For anyone who is considering doing this course, just do it! You won’t regret it for a moment.

I was concerned it might be “too intense “ spending a week with my teacher. But Sira is so charismatic it was a delight and the time flew by. It really is  unique in that you spend the week conversing only in italian. Unlike a traditional school, it is not arduous as it is combined with a holiday visiting hidden places only the locals know about.  Sira also has kind and patient friends, Adriano and Maura, who willingly spent time with me , showing me around and helping me with the language. I miss them all and have already booked to come back next year. I’m very grateful to have had this special experience.
